What this tool records

This is a free domain checker with no accounts and no sign-up. It collects only what it needs to run the check and keep the free tier fair, and — only if you consent — anonymous visit statistics to see how the tool is used. This page says exactly what that is.
What you send
The domain you type is sent to our server, which then queries that domain's TLS certificate (a live port-443 handshake), its registration data over RDAP, and its public DNS records. In other words, the check reaches out to the domain and its registry — not to any third-party profiler.
What we log
- Your IP address, used to enforce the 5-checks-per-day free limit and to detect abuse. It is kept in short-lived operational logs, not sold or shared.
- The domain you checked and basic request metadata (timing, status code, a random request ID) for debugging and reliability.
- Which call-to-action you clicked, as a short label, so we know which link sends people to the paid API. No personal identifier is attached.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages people use, and learn which domains are checked most often. It is anonymous, aggregate statistics — not advertising: no personal profile is built, and the data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Analytics runs only after you accept the cookie notice shown at the bottom
of each page. It stores a small cookie (_ga) that recognises
a returning visitor and a session cookie (_gid) that expires
after a day. Each completed check reports the domain that was searched to
Google Analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set, nothing is
reported, and the tool works exactly the same. Your choice is remembered
on this browser; you can change it at any time by clearing this site's
cookies.
Caching
Results are cached per domain for about 12 hours so repeat checks stay fast and upstream registries are not hammered. The cache holds check results, not anything about you.
Error monitoring
If error monitoring is enabled on the deployment, unexpected server errors may be reported to a monitoring service together with request metadata (such as the path and request ID) to help fix bugs. It is not used to profile visitors.
Third-party lookups
To show where a checked domain is hosted, its resolved IP address is sent to a third-party geolocation provider (ipwho.is). Only the domain's own public IP is sent — never your IP or any information about you.
The paid API
The API's paid tiers are billed and distributed through RapidAPI. When you follow a link to the listing, your use of that platform is governed by RapidAPI's own privacy policy and terms.
